1. Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you") and CROtrustify ("we", "us", or "our"), concerning your access to and use of our website as well as any other media form, media channel, mobile website or mobile application related, linked, or otherwise connected thereto.

By accessing our Services, you agree that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with all of these Terms of Service, then you are expressly prohibited from using the Services.

2. User Subscriptions & Payments

We offer both free scans and paid subscription plans. All paid services are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made via the Services.

• Automatic Renewal: Paid subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard.
• Refund Policy: Refunds are handled in accordance with applicable law and the specific nature of the digital service purchased.
• Pro Plan Limits: Subscriptions are subject to fair use policies. We reserve the right to limit or suspend accounts that exhibit abusive behavior or exceed reasonable scan frequencies.

3. Accounts & Acceptable Use

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access credentials and for all activity performed through your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to use the Services only for lawful purposes.

We may suspend or terminate access where necessary to protect the Services, investigate misuse, comply with law, or enforce these Terms.

4. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

• Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
• Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us or other users.
• Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Services.
• Engaging in automated use of the system, such as using scripts to send comments or messages, or using any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering and extraction tools.

5. Intellectual Property

The CROtrustify website, software, branding, design, documentation, and original content are owned by CROtrustify or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not transfer ownership of any intellectual property rights to you.

6. Digital Services, Refunds & Withdrawal Rights

Paid reports and digital services may begin processing immediately after purchase. Where consumer law grants mandatory rights, those rights remain unaffected.

Any limitation or loss of a statutory withdrawal right for digital content or immediately performed digital services applies only where the conditions required by applicable law have been satisfied.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN AS-IS AND AS-AVAILABLE BASIS. YOU AGREE THAT YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES WILL BE AT YOUR SOLE RISK. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, IN CONNECTION WITH THE SERVICES AND YOUR USE THEREOF, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We make no warranties or representations about the accuracy or completeness of the scanner's content or results. The audit reports provided are for informational and educational purposes only and do not guarantee any specific increase in sales or conversion rates.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update the Services or these Terms from time to time. Material changes will take effect from the updated date shown on this page or as otherwise communicated where required by law.
